Counselling is for people from all walks of life, backgrounds, ethnicities, and ages. It is a talking therapy which allows you to explore any issues in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

Realising things do not feel okay and reaching out for help can feel scary. Are you feeling anxious but you are not sure why? Have you been struggling with a depression you just can not seem to shake off? Maybe you have experienced a trauma which still affects you? A difficult relationship, problems at work, these are the issues, amongst so many others with which we can work.

I offer a safe, private, confidential environment where you can explore your feelings, emotions, and experiences. Talking about anything completely frankly and confidentially, from your past and present and your plans and dreams for the future. Deciding what you would like to do with what you have discovered and how you want things to change.

We can work through this together, whatever it is. I am not here to judge, criticise or give you answers. I am here to listen and help guide you to what you are striving to find. As we go through this process, it may often be difficult and emotionally challenging, or you may find just talking to someone makes all the difference. I believe that our relationship and being able to work together from mutual
respect and trust are central to this.

It is important you find the best therapist for you as an individual.

If you are reading this, you have already taken that first step!
